Amazon gets better and better

So I was in church a few weeks ago, and my neighbor says to me, "You sure are a big fan of Amazon." Well, I was a bit shocked and couldn't tell what on earth he was talking about. He took me completely by surprise. So I said, "yeah, we love it." I am a bit socially awkward (I'm sure you couldn't tell) so I didn't know this guy worked for UPS. We only spoke for a few seconds more. I had just ordered and received a couple of new HDMI Cables from Amazon, so I mentioned that they can now carry a LAN signal in them as well.

I felt really stupid at this point (especially since we were sitting in church) but it was true. The holidays were just over and I'll be honest; I ordered 90% of my Christmas from Amazon. I do very little shopping anymore. I hate shopping, since getting back from Iraq I hate crowds. Can't stand 'em. So yes, I have a Prime membership, and I use it. Everything ships free unless I want it the next day, and in that case I pay an extra 3.99. Totally worth $79.00 a year. Now, I see that they are offering something new to Prime customers: Free instant streaming of movies and TV Shows.

Yes.

Man, I wish I had stock in Amazon. From their smiling-A-to-Z logo to the service they provide, I do love Amazon.

Amazon Prime now includes unlimited, commercial-free, instant streaming of 5,000 movies and TV showsI suppose I should advertise for them and try to get hits to them from my websites as well, because honestly, I want them to succeed. I love my Kindle (which I also received notice has new features that will be coming to it in the next couple of days) and believe my time spent with physically bound books is coming to an end.

So, get a Prime membership. Amazon sells way more than books. It really is darn near everything from A to Z. Good grief you can by diapers from them and now, you can even stream stuff for free. I don't know what all this entails yet, but you can bet I will be finding out soon. I will let you know.  Cheers Amazon!
